Manse Soura
Founder & CEO — The American AI Academy
Manse Soura is a decorated U.S. Army veteran and technology engineer with hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems and cloud infrastructure. He has held engineering roles spanning Oracle, AWS, and FinTech at UMB Bank, where he architected and deployed conversational AI systems and autonomous agents on modern cloud platforms.
He holds an MS in Big Data & Information Technology and a BS in Mathematics & Statistics. Manse founded The American AI Academy to build the practical, outcomes-focused training program he wished existed when he was breaking into tech — helping career-changers and veterans build real, job-ready skills in AI, cloud, and data.
